Pasture-fed Dexter Beef

Pasture-fed, 100% grass fed, Dexter Beef, grown slowly as an integral part of the wildlife conservation on our farm.

Our beef is hung for three weeks to enhance flavour and texture. This process also helps to protect the beef from drying out when cooking and limits the formation of ice crystals when frozen so that we can use the freezer to help preserve the meat without adversely effecting the quality.
